Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of service or event. Coaching sessions, arrive-and-drive experiences, and race support services may require advance scheduling and preparation.

To receive a refund or reschedule a session, cancellations must typically be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Race events, track days, and special programs may be non-refundable due to limited availability and event logistics.

KartFreedom LLC may allow rescheduling of services depending on availability and circumstances. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
